Adjudera
See the tender before it is published
Adjudera turns European procurement notices into a clean record of who won which public contract, for how much and for how long. Sales and bid teams selling to the public sector see which contracts in their market are running out, who holds them today and what they are worth — months before the follow-on tender.

The problem.
Tender alert services report a procedure on the day it is published, and the EU minimum bid deadline for an open procedure is 30–35 days. By then the specification is written and the market consultation is over, so a supplier who starts at the notice is already late.
What we built.
- Daily ingestion and parsing of contract award notices from TED, the EU Publications Office
- A normalised record of awards, public buyers and suppliers across European countries, with published and estimated end dates kept apart
- An expiry radar filtered by CPV sector, country, region, value and keywords — usable instantly, without sign-up
- Company and buyer pages: which contracts a competitor holds, with whom, and when they end
- Daily or weekly email alerts when a matching contract enters the buyer's window or is newly awarded
- Seven interface languages and Stripe subscriptions with monthly and annual plans
