1. What this website is
The site describes what we do, shows products we have built, and publishes guides. You may read, link to and share it freely. You do not need an account, and using the site is free.
2. Our services are agreed separately
Prices and descriptions on this site — Blueprint, Build, Run and Grow — are an invitation to talk, not a binding offer. A contract for any of them only comes into existence when we both sign a written proposal or service agreement, which then sets the scope, price, payment terms, ownership of work and liability for that engagement. If that agreement and anything on this site differ, the agreement applies. Our services are offered to businesses, not to consumers.
3. Content and intellectual property
The text, design, illustrations and code of this site belong to us or are used with permission. Photographs are licensed from Unsplash. Product names and screenshots shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners. You may quote short passages with a link to the source; copying larger parts of the site needs our written permission.
4. Guides and information
Our articles reflect our experience and typical market ranges at the time of writing. They are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice, and prices or timelines for a specific project can differ. We update content but cannot guarantee that every figure is current.
5. Links to other sites
We link to products we have built and to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not operate; when we learn that a linked page breaks the law, we remove the link.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential obligation, and then only for damage that was foreseeable and typical. Otherwise our liability for the free use of this website is excluded.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the site and the chat available, but we may change, interrupt or remove parts of them at any time.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
9. Law and changes
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you use the site applies.
